Responsible and supportive actions for Les Bleus matches

Monday 9 November 2020 - 14:00 - FFF
Bleuet de France 2020

The French Football Federation is strengthening its civic commitments as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility policy.

On November 1st, with the support of Arkema, partner of the women's Division 1, a cheque for €10,000 was presented to the Pink Ribbon Charity, on occasion of the October Rose campaign, to support the fight against breast cancer.

During the French team matches played at the Stade de France, the FFF is committing to specific social, environmental, and community actions. Several actions will thus be implemented for France-Finland and France-Sweden on Wednesday the 11th and Tuesday the 17th of November.

The Bleuet de France at France - Finland (11 November):
The FFF has long been associated with this national organisation of French solidarity with war veterans and victims of war and is strengthening its position. In addition to staff and players wearing the Remembrance Poppy, the FFF is setting up an exhibition at the National Football Centre in Clairefontaine, which is open to young players from the National Football Institute (INF) and those of the French national teams. Two players of the French national team who were victims of the First and Second World Wars will be honoured by the FFF with the publication their portraits and history.

Supporting the Robert-Debré Hospital during France - Sweden (17 November):
As part of a special collaboration with the Robert-Debré Paediatric Hospital, the FFF wishes to support young patients and caregivers. One of the first concrete actions of this partnership will be the provision of medical gowns made from recycled Les Bleus jerseys to brighten up daily hospital life. This project will be carried out by the association Mode Estime, which works to reintegrate the unemployed or disabled.
