TRAINING THROUGHOUT THE WORLD
French expertise in terms of training is recognised far beyond our borders. The FFF offers its audit consultancy services and its wide range of training courses to other national federations. The National Technical Department regularly carries out missions abroad and at the National Football Institute in Clairefontaine to train coaches and to set up detection and player training structures. The Federation also provides auditing services for the organisation and development of football on several continents. In recent seasons, it has signed various contracts and programmes with the USA, Costa Rica, China, Guinea, Congo, the United Arab Emirates and others.
AN FFF / LFP OFFICE IN CHINA
The FFF is the first federation to set up a representative and development office in China, which it has shared with the Professional Football League since February 2017. Based in Beijing, this office has three objectives: the promotion of French football, the development of training exchanges and commercial opportunities. Due to its presence in China for the FIFA Council (in Shanghai on October 24, 2019), the president of the Federation Noël Le Graët spoke about the exchanges between the two countries and the role of the FFF-LFP office.
A FFACADEMY IN THE UNITED STATES AND SINGAPORE
The Federation opened its first French Football Academy in New York in July 2019. Based in Manhattan and Brooklyn, the academy is open to girls and boys between the ages of 5 and 15. It offers a wide range of activities: competitions, summer camps and after school training. The structure is inspired by the Label Jeunes FFF. It provides complete pedagogical support, both sporting and educational, as well as training supervision. The National Technical Department (DTN) manages the project, provides training procedures and helps train the academy's coaches. In order to strengthen its international presence and continue its policy of developing French football abroad, the FFF opened its second FF Academy in Singapore in October 2020.
